The agent I spoke with could only answer questions not look up actual account info. I did the steps he told me many times previous to my phone call so I dont feel that I got anywhere about my 1st 2nd and now 3rd stimulas payments. I qualify but need answers if there is a issue. So I can receive my payment. User's recommendation: Pointless to call.
