Dear Sandra, My company is still waiting for the refunds from Regus, which are a Partial Retainer Balance of $1, 616 and a late fee of $29.95. In total $1, 645.95. Have emailed Helpdesk a couple of times and emailed you on August 9, 2021 about all the details. On Aug 12, 2021, we received an email from their Help Desk saying a part of the refund has been processed in July. But apparently, we received nothing! I emailed back to Help Desk for a double-check. No response again. Please let me know when we can actually receive the refunds of $1, 645.95. Thank you!
