Still waiting for my refund!!

Back in December I have purchased a ticket to a local resort from Liftopia. It was a Christmas present for my brother. He loves skiing so I thought it was a perfect gift. Later I received a message stating my ticket was cancelled. I immediately contacted Liftopia customer care and they offered me a refund. It is now April 21 and still no money! When I contact them I get only fake promises and nothing more!! Don't deal with these clowns!!
