I am looking for the status of an order placed back in April. Your representative, while friendly, could not give me the reassurance I needed that my order was on its way. She indicated that part of the order would be here today (it was not) and that the rest of the order might be here by Wednesday of next week. Im not holding my breath.I am very disappointed in Roamans haphazard and disorganized system of delivery. I will never order from this catalog again. User's recommendation: Be prepared to wait forever and still not get the items you ordered.
