Still waiting for my lien to be released.

Purchased my car in August 2017. Refinanced my car with another company in November 2020. Paid off my car in July 2021 and can't get my lien because it STILL hasn't been released by TD auto to my DMV. I understand there may be delays from COVID, but even the DMV said they are experiencing delays and it could take 6 weeks... it's been 9 months. User's recommendation: Use another company.
