Back in November2020I placed a claim and paid $100.00 to Zaki Appliances for replacement of a Frigidaire Double Oven which was no longer heating properly. I am STILL WAITING for the Double Oven RG97 to be replaced My Total Protect/Cinch Home Services account Number is 7193**** in the name of Euel Smith at 314-952-****, 1525 Whirlaway Drive Florissant, Missouri, 63033, When you call my phone please LEAVE A MESSAGE. I have made SEVERAL SEVERAL calls to your customer service to no avail. User's recommendation: dont use this company, it takes WAY too long to get results!!!!!
