Repairs that needs to be done are done in patch work. Several vendors come out to est. the cost of the work hear no more then once rent is paid then the calls come in still no results. Even the workers that has came and did once again patch work they have even agreed alone with me that this house has a foundation issue, the hardware needs to be replaced, gutters are so old they cracking water leaks in the door way from the gutters, I have requested replacing the carpet in the bedrooms because they were not properly cleaned. Moved in here April 15, 2018. For what they charge for rent it's not worth the cost. User's recommendation: Don't Rent From Havenbrook Homes unless it's a last resource.
