Still no contact back no regard for their customers in services nor manners

No contact since January regarding my warranties on big tool purchase via call emails online portal.wheres the service and manners regarding customers relations in which obviously comes with premium tools company is a joke.told by supplier to register and extend my warranty but tried registering tools and don't register and was only the one tool it was them all. Good tool don’t to have repaired or service back up.
