I got a Title Loan with Western Finance and paid it off about 3 months ago now I have given them chance after chance to get my title back and find it. They still wanna give me the run around and wants me to pay for a lost title Ive told them many of times I dont want a lost title I want the title they got from me. One of your employees have been very rude and mean. She hangs up in my face and when asked to give the cooperates number to talk to some one else about my situation she left me on hold for two and a half hours. I went up there to try to get the number and she locked the door. User's recommendation: I don’t recommend anyone get a title loan or any loan with this company.
