Still haven’t heard back

We were told we were going to hear back from Volaris within 24hours about a situation we had. It has been a week and still no word. What is going on? We have heard nothing and we are very upset with this company. Please get back to us ASAP about the status of our original complaint. This company has been nothing but unhelpful and frustrating.
