Still have not received a replacement parts over two weeks

Original review updated by user Aug 11, 2021 Received Cusinart grill cgg-7400. It was missing the bolt for a hinge and the thermostat was broke. I called customer service and spoke to a person. They assured me the parts would be sent right out. Now over 2 weeks still no parts,left another voice mail. This is the 3 rd call to them
