Midland finally settled my claim with the mortgage insurance co on 10/31 of this year although my husband died in June. They sent me a letter saying that the acct was paid in full as of that date but I already sent payment for Nov. Will they return that to me? And what about the money paid into the escrow acct. all year that I need to pay my property tax? They said they would send a check for the escrow acct within 5 business days after the mortg. was paid off. I still have not seen that either. So disgusted. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
