I called just answer once for some advice about my dog. I got the answer, but have since been charged for continuing service. If you dont call to cancel service they charge you monthly. When I called I was only refunded the last payment, the others were not! I had not called immediately. Now this month I am being charged again. My only attempt to complain was met online was information about signing up. User's recommendation: Don’t use justanswer, or if you do be absolutely sure you cancel their ongoing coverage.
