They called me at my request. I placed my order (basic calendar with my name on it, nothing fancy) on May 1st. Still in printing status after 13 days. Friend purchased her calendar 6 days after mine with custom photos front and back. Hers shipped 2 days ago. Customer service rep said those customers who spend more, like $200, have priority. My planner was $62. My friend paid $51 after using a coupon. Makes no sense. Still waiting.... User's recommendation: Use Plum paper or Lime Life.
