I brought my car to them to have a key cut and they damaged it. The car was used and the front bumper was repainted, although the rest of the car was spotless. Instead of apologizing for damaging the car and trying to hand it back on the sly they went on the attack about the bad paint job on the bumper. I told them I didn't care about that (the car is used and I park on the street), but they refused to acknowledge blame. The said the bumper was damaged by a rag while washing it. I have photos of the gash and buckled bumper. They have a PR person stalking the social media forums erasing negative reviews. They even had a "" neutral responder defending them saying it was only a scratch (yet it wasn't) and I should get over it. Wow.
