Stealing money/account being “gone”

I had purchased a $9.95 monthly subscription to CourseHero vial PayPal On July 23rd. However, instead of being charged the 9.95$, I was charged 119.40$. I filed a dispute with PayPal and provided documentation to show everything that happened. SOME HOW PAYPAL SIDED WITH COURSE HERO STATING THAT IT WAS BECASUE I "AUTHORIZED" THE FULL AMOUNT. No I did not! I was authorizing what I thought was 9.95$. On top of this, the next day, my account no longer exists with Course Hero. I emailed Course Hero about it and have not hard back from Jeffery (Course Hero). I am very upset as they have stolen money from me, PayPal is letting them steal from me, and now I can't even access my account, which I unfortunately paid for. Seems I'll have to other involved in order to get my money back. Everyone stay away from Course Hero AND PayPal.
