One of shopifys merchants ripped me off on Facebook and I cannot get my money back. This is a sore spot for me because I too once had a Shopify account and it gives your name a really bad reputation. This ad was on Facebook marketplace under a cricut package for sale at $99 so I bought it from what they called themselves as BOOMPOSITIVE or at least thats what it said from the money they grabbed illegally out of my account which I now cannot get back thanks to a shoddy run business. I expect some type of recourse on this shop because they are ripping people off and this is not right if you are the platform they are running it from.
