Update by user Jan 06, 2020 1/6/2020 - After numerous phone calls, our complaint has been moved to some other conflict resolution department WITHOUT resolution. All we are asking for is evidence / support as to why the charges are 10 times the norm and 10 times the amount of electricity that Pepco (Provider) said we used. The supply charges should be their rates multiplied by consumption which should tie exactly to the provider's numbers.STILL UNRESOLVED - stay far far a way from AMBIT energy Original review posted by user Dec 04, 2019 Average usage for our 2000 sq ft home which is heated by gas is approx 250-300 kwh since we have solar. This number goes down in the winter since we have gas for our heat. For the October to November bill, Ambit billed us for 3033 kwh more than we use in an entire year. They then proceed to blame Pepco for giving them the wrong information. On the invoice it clearly states from Pepco that our usage was 252 kwh. Both companies are just pointing the finger at each other. Average bill is $50-$70, this one was $453.46 just for Ambit's charge.
