On the last 2 occasions when calling the Arbor Place Mall location in Douglasville, GA,(Number appears to be a cell phone) we have told they were not taking any more orders for the day as the pizza oven was being cleaned. If they were actually doing this, I'd not have a complaint. However on both calls, we have called 2 hours prior to the mall closing, which gives them plenty of time to clean. Additionally, on the 2nd call, I didn't believe the so called "manager" and decided to go to the mall. Oddly enough, I watched the 3 workers standing around having personal conversations. No-one was cleaning and their oven was not shut off. I have attempted to reach their customer service line in Dublin, OH, only to not have my call returned. I was in the mall just yesterday and my girls wanted pizza. So against my will, I decided to try them again, only to walk up and again watch employees have conversation amongst themselves and never notice us standing there. Oh yeah, they were the ONLY vendor in the food court not accepting credit or debit. For whatever reason, this location "CANNOT" get it right and I wish they'd move out of my community. If you don't want to work, don't ask for a job.
