Placed an order first week of December well in advance for Christmas delivery. Paid extra for Rush Shipping to guarantee arrival by Christmas. Waited 5 days and no response from Pet Canva. No proof nothing. Sent an email only to find out it will be 24-36 hours for a response. It's been well over a week with no response!!! If you look at their Facebook and Instagram pages, there are plenty of pissed off customers who are in the same boat. Pet Canva has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and has guaranteed Christmas delivery yet here we are less than a week away from Christmas and no one has heard from them. Pet Scammers!!!
