The finance department will rip you off. I have spent the last 5 months trying to get them to honor a $750 dollar voucher they said would be no problem. Each time I call someone tells me a different story. After many weeks I finally spoke with the finance dept manage. Her intent was not to help resolve the problem but to throw up another road block. Planet Ford has no intention of honoring their word. They seem to enjoy providing poor customer sevice. As of today they still have my $750 dollars. They are dishonest and will say anything to get you to buy a car. They will not stand by their word. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
