First off, the sales manager is a know-it-all and uses foul language when dealing with customers. He's very unprofessional. In reality his tactics to sell windows are to badmouth their competitors and lie about the product. If that's how you have to get business then there's something wrong. But furthermore there is just something shady about the whole company. I didn't go through with purchasing anything and I'm glad because one of my neighbors got windows done a few months back and the installation was so bad he's paying another reputable contractor to replace them. Stay far away from this company.
