Hello, About a week ago I had contacted your customer service line and I spoke to a representative in order to cancel and rebook my flight (Booking Number: 195-00*-662). They confirmed on the phone that they are going to rebook my ticket and email me with a new flight, however its been over a week and I still have not received any email.
