Disappointed in the website. Couldnt set up an account. Kept telling me to contact customer service. When I clicked on the tab, it said it couldnt find server. Went to the web for customer service phone number. Dialed it but because I didnt have a PIN number, I couldnt go any farther. I am calling for my nephew and am having nothing but problems. Its a shame that a company like this makes it so hard for customers trying to talk to someone User's recommendation: Think twice before buying.
