I have spend hours and hours on the phone to correct my statement and is dtill not resolved! There is no communication between different departments so i have to repeat myself a million times and each one of them is very good in apologizing and guarantee me it wont happen again.. until next statement and i get a new person on the phone!!!! Asaarghhh They are now charging me for a new phone as they first approved a trade in for a discount and then the next statement they charge me for it and tell me that yhe phone was broken and only get $40 User's recommendation: Stay far away, *** reception as well.
