Scheduled an appt. on feb 22 @ 9:00. When i got there I was told that the tech doing state insp will not be in until the following tues. I took off a few hours from work to make the appt. No call to advise me which is totally unacceptable customer service. Who ever the manager is of the Cross Keys Road service center should be more deligent and caring of their customers.
