Like climbing Everest. Got hung up on 3x by customer service with no callback. After hours I finally got resolution. Took 1 week and jumping thru many hoops just to join Google fi. Be ready to climb a mountain. User's recommendation: Unless a new service, be ready to climb a mountain to get service or transfer your number from another carrier.
