We were also scammed. Told we could cancel at anytime for small fee. We could no longer afford it due to family passing away, loss of job and they moved us to collections. We were pressured to buy and told them over and over no and then after, the very next day we went to cancel they wouldn't allow us even though contact said we could. Please add us to class action.
