My spouse works for Stop and Shop, with the staffing issues right now - Upper Management needs to focus on fixing these problems vs Baby Food Dates and Dusting High Ceiling Lights (hire a company for this, you want people to fall off ladders???). Do you want your good employees to start quitting or getting sick because a day off cannot be scheduled in the month of August or any future weeks/ months? Please refocus NOW!!! I'm referring to the NJ stores in Monmouth/Ocean County - not sure what district this is.
