I was at the Lindenhurst location in Illinois at 2:43 p.m. my two Quarter Pounders with cheese were not warm I had to put them in the microwave the fries were soggy and cold and when I called the restaurant they were so rude and unprofessional. I go there all the time and after this visit I no longer will be attending that location. They were not even willing to either replace my food or give me my money back how sad is that that I had to put my food in the microwave and at that point it wasn't even satisfying User's recommendation: I'm going to tell people to boycott that location.
