Don't bother applying for roles with this company. Avoid at all costs. Told that my partner is perfect for a role Assistant Manager) but was knocked back because ‘hasn't enough leadership' although she has been in retail over 12 years and with 5 of that being 3IC or better. Was told during the interview that staff retention needs work at this store (she is currently 8 years into her current role) Avoid at all costs
