Staff in ALDO BAWADI MALL AL AIN

We are your regular customer in ALDO and we suppose to take our 279 AED in my club apparel points. The named staff MOHAMMAD suddenly told us not to go in and outside of the shop as they are counting and baladiya is outside. He told us in a loud tone voice with all customers looking and starring at us! This is such an unethical behoviour without any manner towards us as they suppose to assist us not to increase his voice. At the end of it we dis not claim or buy anything from our 279 AED CLUB APPAREL points.
