Staff failed to acknowledge obvious facts about my pets injuries.

1

My male cat took an unusually unexpected hard fall, landing on his lower spine, then his hind legs lost mobility and his bladder control began to falter. VCA staff repeatedly refused to acknowledge or investigate my pets worsening lower spine injury, worsening hind leg disfunction, or investigate the possible correlation of his lower spine injury to his bladder control issues, after costly repeated examinations and numerous hospitalizations. VCA's solution was to euthanize my pet after charging thousands of dollars in outrageously high fees while doing nothing to reveal or help resolve my pets serious lower spine injuries. User's recommendation: If you use their services your pet and pocket book are at great risk!!
