I have been at TOPs in North Syracuse, twice, when at least one person on two occasions refused to wear a mask and handled Deli meats. This is against NYS regulations and guidelines for wearing masks. Not to mention Fed Government. I will no longer go Tops if management there can't control their staff. If the individual chooses to work, then that individual needs to follow the regulations. If they don't believe in them, 1. The individual in question doesn't have to work in a job that requires them to work with the public, (that is their choice) 2. If they don't want to follow the regulations in NYS they can move to another! User's recommendation: I would not buy any meats or products from the deli from the TOPs in North Syracuse, NY.
