I am at lost for words!!!! How can this company be so unprofessional and make so many mistakes? This is the last time I ever use this. I loaded 10 cards with $450 and the receipt generator only credited me for 1 card. Reloadit had to reimburse me $4,500 all because of a store freeze. This is complete bull *** . This used to be so easy to use. Now its too many new rules and obstacles just to get your money off of the card. Then the reloadit rep had me on hold for 20min. I was late for my doc's appointment trying to get the fixed. If you use reloadits do not load more than 1 card at once or you will regret it.
