Sprint customer service from *** 15 days later my issue is not resolved. After speaking with 17 customer representatives User's recommendation: if you do not want to be tortured with disingenuous promises with no result, I advise you not to be a Sprint customer. T-Mobil is not better, I presented my case to them and nothing was done.
