My wife and I have started the NACA journey, and we are still on it, but I just want to say that it's been positive so far, and we could see a light at the end of the tunnel towards ownership. And just the thought of not having to have $20,000 for closing costs, is such a relief and we encourage people to try it... It's tough, but I think when it is all said and done, it will be worth it!! User's recommendation: go for it!!!!
