Spotify won’t allow me to log in.

When i try to log in i got a message that my password is wrong and so I put in a new password per instructions. Then when I try to log in I get s message that says there is already an account open using my email address. I still am unable to log in so I have no access. This has been going on for months! User's recommendation: Don't join Spotify.
