Spoiled product, horrible customer service

THEE worst customer service. My first juice & soup plan order came room temp/warm, so I was skeptical. I tasted a couple of the juices - definitely bad. So I wrote into customer service to see what I should do. They said it was fine, and since I couldn't provide photographic evidence that anything was wrong with the juices (um, how do you get a photo that shows that they were warm and spoiled?), there was nothing they could do. I kept pushing, they would not refund me. I finally was able to get SOMETHING out of this horrible experience and they sent me a new order. But guess what? The order showed up - the box was smashed, 2 of the soups leaked EVERYWHERE in the box, and there were seeds from one of the juices all over everything. I couldn't believe it! But, I finally had photographic evidence!! I sent it in - and STILL Jus by Julie had excuses. They settled on refunding me the 2 soups that exploded. You HAVE to be kidding me. 3 weeks of working with customer service. They never did the right thing, and they fought me the whole way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible company + LOOK AT THE INGREDIENTS. You are basically drinking sodium, sugar, and carbs, warm and spoiled. There are other juice cleanses on the marketing WAY better for you.
