The Cape Canaveral Support Office is severely understaffed. People are waiting outside the door because the line of people (customers) is so long and moves slow. Spectrum service is poor in staffing the service centers, it's cable debt service is poor, and the price is 25 percent higher. It is taking way too long sitting here to turn in all the Spectrum equipment and CANCEL.
