spare key not delivered

On the 24th May this year I bought a kia ceed 1 litre car, registration number DL69YJW from acorn kia dealership, marshfield Bank Employment park, middlewich rd in crewe [ postcode CW28UY] The sales assistant informed me that the spare key was to be posted to me within 2 weeks. This information was written on the invoice. However i have still not received the key. sales assistant paul woodier retired soon after that date so phil jones dealt with the query. i have spoken to him on numerous occasions and every time he confirmed that the key was on its way. within 2 weeks. I rang a sales assistant this monday past who stated they would pass the message onto Phil Jones. He has not contacted me since. I feel that because the sale has been completed that I am being ignored and no longer relevant. Ordinarily I choose a vauxhall car but bought one of the kia range on the recommendations from my father, sister and brother in law who all drive kia cars. . I know spare car keys are expensive to replace from experience and disappointed with the service from kia. I would be pleased if you would expedite the process of sending my key as I didnt expect to be treated like this.
