Southwest Does Care About Their Customers

I was scheduled to fly from Buffalo to Ft Lauderdale on March 27th but due to an emergency health scare with me we had to re-schedule our flight out of Buffalo to March 28th under doctor's orders. This changed increased our air fare substantially which was very difficult to accept but we needed to be in Ft Lauderdale in time for our cruise. After talking to a Customer Relations agent on May 9th we were elated that Southwest would reimburse our money for that changed on March 28th due to my health issue which was corrected before our flight. Now this is what I call Customer Service at its hightest. Ed from Rochester,NY.
