Have the telephone number; call it -- we are 3rd in line for 2 hours...when it comes out time ... I notice online it says the hours are CUT BACK -- used to be open until 5 now it's 1 ... I call on a different line/ phone and the lady says oh yes...sorry; people in the Q have to hang up and call back again... look Yamaha --- First, it makes no sense that you have people working from home who need more help ---for you to "cut back" your hours. NExt; this is the 3rd time we've tried to get help and can't get through...so, I am done...I will simply take this 1 year old sound bar back to Costco and let THEM worry about it...bunch of BS!!!
