After discovering we had a large number of gas meters on site that Delmarva did not have record of In their system or billing for ,it took me 5 months to find a person or department that had any interest in the situation. Its now 3 months and counting, almost complete. Nothing but a lot of push back and everyone will tell you something different. Forget about going through corporate for help unless you can get passed the operator who is just as bad. They do business in a shallow kind of way so they are not held accountable.
