On Dec 3, 2018, my husband and I went into the Hagerstown, MD store to buy a yamaha soprano sax for our son for Christmas. The sales guy did a credit check and said that everything was great and he would get it from another store. We waited a week without hearing from anyone and called back in. Now, we were told that they hadn't done anything because they were waiting on our deposit that they never said anything about. We gave them the $50 deposit, and they were to get the instrument brought to the store. Dec 17, we get a call that the instrument is at the store, so my husband goes to pick it up. When they're showing him it, he notices that there was no mouthpiece, only a mouthpiece cover. The sales guy then tells my husband that it doesn't come with the mouthpiece. My husband then tells him that's not what the website says. Sales guy agrees and is going to get a mouthpiece ordered. Dec 22nd, after again not hearing from anyone, we go to the store to get the mouthpiece. We're told some story about how it's out of stock, etc... My husband then shows the sales guy that you can order it on amazon for $20 with two day shipping. Finally, we come to an agreement that they would give us a box of reeds in exchange for the mouthpiece that they are unable to produce. Thankfully, I had already ordered a nicer mouthpiece from our local music store, Growing with Music in Greencastle, PA, and with their great customer service, I was able to get the mouthpiece in time for Christmas. What a nightmare this has been!!!
