Sons fridge been out for over 3 weeks. Service non existent. Still under warranty

Westinghouse appear to want customer to do all the work to get someone to come. We are not talking about repairing a nuclear reactor. About time Westinghouse had a customer service shake up. Guess what we wont be buying next time and bet your bottom dollar we will tell other potential customers User's recommendation: Buy some other brand with a real customer service ethos.
