It's glitchy sometimes. I am not sure whether it happens to every VPN software or to TunnelBear only, but I would like to get rid of these issues. Honestly, the issues are not big, but sometimes they irritate. Sometimes I can't get access to several websites and they stay closed or blocked no matter what. don't what exactly it depends on, but I thought that VPN services are meant to open inaccessible websites for us. So I uploaded another app as well, that saves me from that but still use the TunnelBear. If it continues happening, I will probably stop using it...
