Something wrong has happened

I have no idea what's wrong with the company but I'm planning to give the system a chance. Thankfully, online support is still provided by the knowledgeable pros able to deal with the majority of questions. I'm deeply disappointed with the stability of the mobile application. It's one of the most unexpected things because I've been using their mobile software for years. I've got a small business, and dealing with my financial accounts, as well as with the payments for my employees, have been very convenient. Until now.

I've already left an inquiry for the support team and still waiting for an answer. I'll update the review as soon as I find out more about the situation.
