Someone uploaded my paper without my consent

I have filed a complaint through DMCA on someone having uploaded my paper without my consent but my issue is yet to be resolved. my ticket number is 2145400. The uploaded paper belongs to my client whom I had done an assignment for, and he faces suspension from the university. He is set to meet the disciplinary committee for the final verdict and this is the only way I can assist him. I NEED THAT PAPER REMOVED ASAP. Please let me know how how long it will take because my issue is so urgent.
