I called to make sure PCH had the phone number of the suspected fraudulent announcement that I was a 2nd place winner. I gave PCH the phone number from which the call originated. User's recommendation: To curtail future fraudulent activity, it is our civic duty to take the time to let organizations know of the illegal use of their company name for nefarious purposes.
